Art Alive

Art Alive is a paint and animation program that allows players to create and save their own artwork using a variety of tools. It includes features like pencils, spray cans, and shapes, along with pre-drawn graphics and animations from other Sega games like Sonic the Hedgehog and ToeJam & Earl that can be incorporated into the user's designs. The program also has an animation function that allows users to create simple animations and save their creations by connecting to a VCR.
