Wii Fit is a 2007 fitness-focused "exergaming" title for the Nintendo Wii that uses the bundled Wii Balance Board peripheral to track user weight, BMI, and center of balance. It features over 40 activities divided into yoga, strength training, aerobics, and balance games.
